E360TV LIVE WELCOME CHECKLIST
1. Schedule Key Meetings
- Meet with Aaron Heimes, e360tv CEO & Julie Mercouris, CSA. [See welcome email for links]
- Set up your virtual studio training. [Click to Schedule]
2. Time Slot and Show Management
- Confirm your dedicated show time slot.
- Ensure your show stays within 26 or 56 minutes.
- Review your show’s scheduled start date and time. (Refer to your welcome email for these details.)
3. Set Up Your Network Email
- Set up your network email and update your password.
- Watch the instructional video for email setup. (Refer to your welcome email for login credentials and setup instructions.)
4. Access Your Virtual Studio
- Log in to your virtual studio using your e360tv email.
- Add up to four social media destinations (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). (Refer to your welcome email for instructions.)
5. Complete the Host Questionnaire
- Fill out the questionnaire to share more about you and your show. (Refer to your welcome email for the link.)
6. Submit Show Artwork and Descriptions
- Upload the following graphics:
- 1280 x 720 Show Thumbnail
- 720 x 1280 Show Thumbnail
- PNG Show Logo
- Provide a short description of your show (1-3 sentences).
- Upload these assets to your dedicated Google Drive. (Refer to your welcome email for the link.)
7. Meet Your Support Team
- Get in touch with your support team: Marketing, Content Manager, Operations & Communications. (Refer to your welcome email for their contact details or click HERE)
8. Access Invideo.io
Check your email for the Invideo invite to create promo videos. (Refer to your welcome email for further instructions.)
9. Access Resources

10. Join the Facebook Group
Connect with fellow hosts. (Refer to your welcome email for the link.)
